Hello and welcome,

  I am a qualified Person-Centred counsellor living in and working in York at two venues in York - one inner city and one out of town. 

I do this to facilitate better access to counselling wherever you live or work. 

I am passionate about the work we can do to approach our challenging lives with deeper levels of self-awareness, responsibility and kindness.

Counselling (or therapy) is an unique space to explore, safely and bravely, the barriers and complications preventing us from feeling ok about ourselves and our lives. 

My aim is that the experience of therapy feels like coming home.
